Dale Capital was an early stage investor in the hotel and held its equity stake via the Queensgate Hotel and Leisure Group (QHL) previously listed on the JSE. Dale was a founding investor in QHL. Dale was a founding, significant shareholder. The Hotel remains an excellent and well located hotel in the Cape Town CBD. The hotel continues to achieve occupancy rates superior to competitors. The investment in Queensgate was terminated at delisting.
