Sekunjalo is a purpose driven investment Group and seeks to empower communities and entrepreneurs, especially those from marginalised communities in urban and rural areas on the African continent. Sekunjalo’s vision is that of an African business that seeks to contribute to the economic growth and development of the African continent using market based policies that have maximum positive social impact for Africa’s people.
Dale chairman, Norman Noland was engaged by JSE listed Sekunjalo Investment Holdings Limited as deputy CEO and eventually, Deputy Chairman. During a period of 4 years he successfully steered the company towards a diversification strategy and merged a number of Dale Investments in share swaps with Sekunjalo. Dale gradually exited Sekunjalo in the year after the Dale Listing on the Stock Exchange in Mauritius.
